Mindfulness is a way of being. In this workshop, we will talk about how we can introduce and practice the tools of Mindfulness within our relationships; old or new.

Cultivating Mindfulness and adopting tools like Meditation can enhance any relationship. So whether it is with a loved one, with a child, with a colleague or with a complete stranger, we will introduce practical tools on how to develop a Mindful way of being and guidance on how to embody awareness. This workshop serves as an initial
introduction and a stepping stone for further building a foundation of Mindfulness & Meditation.

About Helen Clare Rozario 

Helen Clare Rozario graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Media Management, and went on to work in various dynamic industries including lifestyle, home and fashion, food and beverage, and entertainment and events.
When she discovered the beneficial support of meditation, her life began to transform. Mindfulness & Meditation
helped Helen tremendously and she believes it was one vital component in her journey of recovery and basically saved her life. Through a life-changing incident, Helen gained the clarity and motivation to realise that she needed to do something more purposeful, and the idea of Nirvana Mind was born. She is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher in training with University Of California San Diego’s Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness.

Helen has been in a long term relationship with her husband Arron for over 15 years and is a mother to a 16 month old baby girl named Sophie Clare.

Helen wants to share the wholesome benefits of Mindfulness & Meditation, by making it accessible for everyone.
