So whether it is with a loved one, with a child, with a colleague or with a complete stranger, we will introduce practical tools on how to develop a Mindful way of being and guidance on how to embody awareness. This workshop serves as an initial
introduction and a stepping stone for further building a foundation of Mindfulness & Meditation.
